- Civilla has been in love with words and books from the time she learned to read. As a very young child she would read under the blanket with a flashlight long after lights out were called. She started writing poetry in her early teens, but as she grew moved from poetry to writing short stories and her thoughts on pop culture of the time. 'One of my most memorable writings was called "What Do You Want", in which I asked what we as human beings want out of life and what changes we were willing to make to get what we wanted.' She says. Then she wrote a book—Down Again. 'This is a very exciting time for me, and I look forward to getting the word out to hurting Christians that God is a great God, a forgiving God.' Civilla lives in sunny Saint Cloud, Florida, just outside of Orlando. She enjoys reading, writing, cooking, baking, and traveling. She has visited many Caribbean Islands, Central America, and Europe. Civilla has a financial services background and enjoys discussing market strategies. She also enjoys and is very excited about her ever growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
